1) This document contains cancellation and refund conditions for sales made by Hostrois (hereinafter referred to as Hostrois) through the domain name www.Hostrois.com.
2) Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.
3) Products purchased on Hostrois.net can be canceled and returned or not, depending on their type, within the periods specified in this policy. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the following articles.
4) For this Return Policy, the contract date means the date of purchase of a product or service processed by Hostrois pursuant to the applicable product or service contract.
5) Cancellation and refund are only available for new purchases, no cancellations and refunds are made for renewals and upgrades.
6) According to the purchase period, the time periods in which the products can be canceled are as follows:
Annual Purchases (One year or more contracts):
Within 15 days from the contract date
Monthly Purchases (All purchases less than one year old)
For other returnable products, within 48 hours from the contract date,
For VDS Servers, you have the right to return within 2 hours at the latest from the contract date.
There is no refund before the service period expires on physical servers,
7) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly cannot be canceled and the customer cannot request a refund in such contracts. The products in this scope are as follows:
Domain names (registration and renewal)
All third party licenses
SSL and security products
Server products (subject to special return conditions)
8) In the case of products and services for which a refund is requested, the price of the services and products provided to the customers as gifts within the scope of the campaign and performed immediately is non-refundable. Returns are made by deducting the cost of gift products from the total product return price.
9) In cases where the domain name transfer cannot be completed for various reasons, a "passcode" is generated, which gives the customer the right to obtain a domain name.
10) Customers can receive refunds as a refund to the payment method or by loading the balance on the virtual card.
